Anna Bakhshi MS, CNS
Hi, I'm Anna (pronounced like Ahh-nuh).
I'm a clinical nutritionist, herbalist and movement educator. I specialize in helping people feel better through nutrition care, herbal remedies and calisthenics flow.
With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, I have cultivated a deep understanding of how nutrition impacts the mind and body. As a professional Board Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS)—a certification that reflects the highest standard of competence in the field— I take a holistic approach to health. This means considering every aspect of a person’s diet, lifestyle, medical history, and emotional well-being to craft personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans.
Education and accessibility are at the heart of my work. Through my content, I aim to demystify the complexities of nutrition science, blending evidence-based insights with cultural wisdom. I also create resources and educational spaces to support diverse communities, sharing my perspective as a queer individual navigating self-care and health. My mission is to make every person I work with feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive in their bodies.
This work is deeply personal to me. My own health journey and passion for fostering well-being inspired me to enter the field of nutrition. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the ever-evolving world of health information. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing clear, actionable guidance tailored to each unique individual.
Whether you’re here to learn, connect, or explore new ways to care for yourself, I’m glad you’ve found me. Let’s work together to uncover the path to your healthiest, most vibrant self.
